DEVINDER K. SIDHU
FOUNDER
Devinder grew up in the BC Interior then moved to Victoria to attend the University of Victoria. After getting her BSc in Physics and Astronomy, she obtained her Juris Doctor in Law. Devinder then articled with the Ministry of Attorney General and worked in a boutique firm for a short time before moving to Surrey to start a family. Three young girls later, Devinder started her practice in White Rock when her youngest daughter started kindergarten.
Devinder K. Sidhu Law Corporation established in 2016 and opened practice in White Rock at that same time. Devinder’s firm had been under contract to J. Amber Goddyn’s Goddyn Notary Legal Services since 2016 to provide services, including conveyancing services (sales, purchases and mortgages) to her clients. Devinder also provided services such as trust wills and estates, particularly probate applications, through her own legal firm.
Amber has been servicing her client for over 35 years. Amber is going on sabbatical for a year starting in 2021 and Devinder will now be operating solely under dks Legal & Notary Services to continue to provide the same excellent service to the community from the same location and using the same team.

Tania Longshaw – Snr. Legal Assistant
Tania graduated from the Kwantlen Polytechnic University’s Office Administration/Legal Secretary program in 1995 with high marks and has worked as a Legal Assistant ever since. Tania is a senior conveyancer with incredible technical and capacity skills. Tania joined the office in 2005. She ensures seamless outcomes for simple and complicated transactions alike. Tania’s expertise delivers the outstanding quality of care we promise our clients.
Autumn Harvey – Legal Assistant
Autumn obtained her Administrative Assistant Certificate from Vancouver Community College in 2015 and joined the office that same year. Autumn performs many administrative tasks for conveyancing including file opening, requests for documents, searches, following through on holdbacks, discharges and closing requirements. Known for her sunny disposition and can-do attitude, Autumn always greets clients with a smile which helps to create a positive environment, especially for new bookings.
